From Our club the ground work started since 28-9-2011 

to make the ground play-able the expenses are ;

  Hockey Ground  4 pm to 6:30 pm  (2 1/2h)          

Footbal Ground 4 pm to 7:30 pm(1 h)           

Kabaddi Ground  7:30 pm to 8:00 pm ½ an hour

Two days Cart work with two men = 1500

After rain (summer) 3days work with one cart, 3 men             

per head charges Rs/- 250 (1000*3days) = 3000

after rain (winter) two men three days 500*3 = 1500

one wheel rehrhi Rs 30 per day =     90

petrol for scooter to plain the ground with pole =   100

To set the 6 trolies of sand, Feb. 5-6 two men 500*2 = 1000

One New Kahi =   180

Since 28 9 2011 to till now, we have brought the tea three or           

four times in a day about 28 working days there are three men worked            

every day so one man took  tea &            

expenses are Rs 20/- per head so that 27*3=81*20 = 1605
